The Formation of the Structure of the Alloys of the Tin–Zinc System upon High-Speed Solidification

چکیده

The results of the study parameters structure fast-solidificated foil hypoeutectic, eutectic, and hypereutectic alloys Sn–Zn system containing 4.4, 8.8, 15 wt % Zn are presented. consists equiaxial zinc particles a supersaturated solid solution tin. uniformly distributed in foil, which is induced by formation supercooled liquid its subsequent spinodal decomposition. tin- zinc-enriched regions transform to crystalline phase nuclei. volume fraction particles, mean chord random secants on sections specific surface interphase boundary formed tin increase with concentration under study. has microcrystalline structure, crystallographic texture grains observed. (100) (0001) foils an unstable state, leads decomposition solution, dissolution small growth large particles. Annealing at 180°C for 22 h induces decrease boundary.
